Speaking of Gitanes
I have only ever spotted two other Gitanes like mine, and both in Exhibition Gardens. One was in transit, I stopped and had a green-folding-Gitane appreciation chat with the woman riding it, but that was before little bike blog, so no photo.
The other was parked in the temporary pike park set up at the Exhibition Buildings during VCE exams… I hope the rider passed.
Ironically, thier front light is intact, but the rear one is missing the glass.
